In this course you will learn:
⟁ How we use crystals to heal in a physical, emotional, mental + spiritual sense.
⟁ What each of your 7 main chakra points is associated with energetically + how to tell if they're unbalanced, blocked or overactive.
⟁ What crystals to use when working to realign each chakra + the properties of these gemstones.
⟁ How to integrate guided meditations into your practice in order to keep your energy flowing in a balanced state.
The aim is to help you become more in tune with your body, start to notice when certain chakras are unaligned (+ become aware of any deeper issues you need to focus on for spiritual wellness) + use your crystals in a proactive sense.
The course consists of 8 modules - an introduction, and then a module dedicated to each chakra. Each module includes:
๏ A PDF workbook containing all the information about the chakra in question, how to tell if it's balanced, blocked or overactive, information on how it comes to be unaligned as well as a guide to the best crystals to use when working with this chakra.
๏ An introduction video of around 10 minutes to accompany every module's workbook (although if you prefer to just use the workbook then that's absolutely fine!)
๏ A guided video meditation focusing specifically on this chakra + accompanying stones.
๏ An Emotional Frequency worksheet to record any triggers, feelings or experiences that come up during the meditations.
The introduction module includes details on how Crystal Healing works + an explanation of the unity of the chakra system.

* Tumblestone crystals are small, smooth, rounded crystals roughly the sizes of between a large sugar cube or half your thumb, although some are smaller due to their more precious classification. The collection includes Red Jasper, Carnelian, Tiger's Eye, Rose Quartz, Sodalite, Moonstone, Amethyst + a Clear Quartz point.
